I am one blessed 40 year-old. I have an awesome husband, 4 wonderful children and a family of friends and followers of this blog I started from the depth of my heart to help others when I had my third baby attached to my hip.
My apologies for my lack of posts the past two weeks while I’ve been on vacation with my family, but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed NOT having a schedule or expectations. It’s a brand new year and I’m a year and I’m blessed with health, a new job, a beautiful family, many joyous friends and family who wished my a happy birthday on facebook. I have so much to be grateful for and I wanted to say thank you to all of you who read and follow my blog which I love to share my freezer cooking adventures.
I wish all of you and your families a very blessed New Year in 2015. May you treasure each other. May freezer cooking help you spend more precious moments with your family. Spending an hour or two each week enables me to be the best wife, mom and servant I can be. I hope to share more and more tips, tricks and recipes with you in the upcoming year.
