I’m giving you a quick look at one of my go-to salad with my homemade Guiltless Ranch. I take a tablespoon of my homemade dry ranch seasoning from my freezer and mix it with 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. I add a tablespoon of milk to make it drizzling consistency for salads or leave it as is for fresh cut veggies.
It’s easy peasy and much less fat than mayo with added protein from the Greek yogurt.
Guiltless Ranch
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon homemade Ranch seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon milk, optional for drizzling as a dressing
Combine and serve as a dressing or dip.
