School is out for all six of us and we are super excited about camping trips, swimming, reading, water parks, hiking, kayaking, hitting the beach and more. Can’t you tell we’re the outdoor type family? This is our first time taking our camper on a beach trip and we are anxious to see how it will all work out it South Carolina. We typically stay in the cool mountains, but we are taking a short beach trip on Wednesday. My oldest is going to church camp, but we’re bringing along my nephew which still means six hungry mouths in hot water. I am formulating a plan of camping breakfast, lunch and dinners which I’ll share the details on Wednesday. For now, I’m posting my meal plan and the links to my freezer food for the road will be coming soon.

- BLT avocado wraps{carried over from last week}, carrot sticks and salad
- Asian Chicken Stir Fry over noodles {how to freeze pasta}
- Spicy Shrimp Kabobs, campfire dogs, crock pot baked potatoes, salad
- Ranch Cheddar Burgers, pretzels, fresh veggies and hummus
- Flatbread Pizza, salad
- Chicken Fajitas, crock pot black beans, tortilla chips and salsa, carrot sticks
