I’m late posting my freezer cooking weekly menu because I went to Alabama on a whim last Friday. I rode with my bestie to her parent’s lake house ad had a lot of rest and relaxating, time to eat alone, pray alone and read alone and almost run alone. As I was running up a hill I made eye contact with a deer and actually pondered if it was a decoy that I missed while running down. It was that still until I snappeda picture.
I had so much quiet time I didn’t know what to do with myself. It was very very peaceful and I was grateful after four days to return to my family. And so the chaos and loudness continues as normal this week with my husband returning back to school on Friday and three of the kids returning next week.
So I’ve finally planned a menu from the freezer and it goes into next week. I thawed some freezer bagel bites, frozen taco meat and freezer waffles for the family. My husband only ate out once, can you believe it? Okay, he ate with his mom twice

- Crock pot sesame Honey Chicken, brown rice {how to freeze}, hibachi zucchini and onions
- Cajun Salmon {DIY seasoning}, steamed broccoli, crock pot sweet potatoes
- Crock Pot Baked Potato Bar with easy cheese sauce, turkey bacon, leftover broccoli and salad
- Grilled Calzones, Salad
- Crock Pot Black Beans and Rice, Tortilla chips with easy cheese sauce
- Oven Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti, salad {have you tried Crock pot Parmesan?}
