I’ve been making this low-fat Alfredo sauce from Our Best Bites for a while now. In fact, I forgot how delicious it truly is until I implemented in Foods lab this week. We even made Pioneer Woman’s homemade noodles. With a few tweaks in the original recipes, I decreased the cheese amount to keep it budget friendly for fifty students. I also halved the noodle recipe to feed four students. It was a huge success and the high school students made their first homemade noodles from scratch.
