One of my students said this is the best stuff on the planet, so of course I had to share it with you. We made ten batches of this stuff and there were no leftovers. The cinnamon chips were so amazing and easy to make, the kids couldn’t believe how yummy tortillas were with cinnamon and sugar and a little cooking spray. We halved this recipe to serve four to five kiddos and it worked perfect. Use the following recipes from allrecipes if you want a large potluck batch or halve it o make a smaller batch. Either way, it will go fast!
3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor {kids liked apple and grape}
10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
Directions:
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.
Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
My kids would say awesomeness! Try it for yourself.
